Sales Partners introduce MYDIX's digital solutions — digital menus, QR-based food ordering and guest service management — to hospitality businesses.
- 1 Register for the program Submit your details as an individual, independent sales professional, agency or company.
- 2 Complete verification Provide the KYC documents and supporting information we are required to collect.
- 3 Introduce hospitality businesses Bring genuine hotel, resort and restaurant opportunities to MYDIX.
- 4 Earn on eligible payments Commission is earned on eligible subscription payments, according to the program terms.
Participation and commissions are subject to eligibility, verification, payment reconciliation and the MYDIX Sales Partner agreement.

How commission is earned.
Commission is calculated on eligible subscription revenue, excluding GST.

First eligible monthly subscription payment
Earn 20% of the first eligible monthly subscription payment from a qualifying hospitality customer. Commission is calculated on eligible subscription revenue excluding GST.
10%
Recurring subscription commission
Earn a 10% recurring commission on eligible subscription payments for the first 12 paid months. Recurring commissions are subject to the program's eligibility, reconciliation, verification and payout rules.
Across the first 12 paid months
The 20% rate applies to the first eligible monthly subscription payment. The 10% rate applies to eligible recurring subscription payments for the remainder of the period, according to the approved program terms.

Commission does not apply to GST, setup fees, unpaid invoices, refunded payments, or any other revenue category unless expressly included in the approved program terms. Commission is an opportunity, not guaranteed income.
Partner responsibilities
What we ask of our partners.
- Represent MYDIX and its products accurately.
- Share correct product information and approved pricing.
- Introduce genuine hospitality business opportunities.
- Follow the Sales Partner agreement and program policies.
- Provide accurate registration, KYC and bank details.
- Cooperate with customer attribution checks and payment reconciliation when required.
- Avoid misleading sales claims, unauthorised discounts, and unauthorised commitments on behalf of MYDIX.
Commission eligibility & payouts
What has to be in place.
- Commission is calculated on eligible subscription revenue excluding GST.
- Customer attribution and subscription payment eligibility must be established.
- Payments are subject to payment reconciliation.
- Required KYC verification must be completed.
- Bank account details must be submitted and verified.
- The applicable Sales Partner agreement must be completed.
- Payouts follow the approved payout policy and applicable contractual terms.
Commission eligibility and payouts are subject to verification, payment reconciliation, and the terms of the MYDIX Sales Partner agreement.

From application to activation.
Applications are reviewed. Approval and activation are not automatic.

Step 1 — Submit your registration
Provide the required personal or business information and contact details.

Submit the required KYC documents and supporting information.

Step 3 — Verify bank details
Provide bank account information for commission payouts, subject to verification.

Step 4 — Review and agreement
MYDIX reviews the application and documentation. Complete the Sales Partner agreement as applicable.

Step 5 — Partner activation
After approval and completion of the applicable requirements, you can participate according to the program terms.
