Commission and Payout Policy
How sales partner commission is earned and calculated, and when and how it is paid out.

Scope
This policy forms part of the Sales Partner Agreement and applies to partners appointed in writing by [Registered legal entity name].
Commission rates, attribution windows and payout thresholds below are shown as placeholders. Confirm the commercial figures before publishing this page.
What counts as a qualifying sale
A sale qualifies for commission when all of the following are true:
- The prospect was registered by you and attributed to you under the Sales Partner Agreement.
- The property has converted from trial to a paid subscription.
- The first subscription invoice has been paid in full and cleared.
- The property is not within any cooling-off or refund window that is still open.
- Your KYC verification and invoicing details are complete and current.
How commission is calculated
Commission is calculated on the net subscription value actually received — that is, the subscription fee excluding GST, excluding any payment gateway charges, and after any discount applied to the property.
- 20% of the first eligible monthly subscription payment from a qualifying hospitality customer.
- 10% of eligible recurring subscription payments during the first 12 paid months.
- Commission does not apply to GST, setup fees, unpaid invoices or refunded payments.
- Plan differences, if any: [state any difference between Standard and Payment Enabled].
The program is summarised on the Sales Partner Program page. Where that summary and this policy differ, this policy governs.
MYDIX charges no commission on the orders a property takes, so partner commission is never calculated on guest order volume.
Attribution window
A registered prospect remains attributed to you for [attribution window] from the date of registration. If the property converts after that window without further involvement from you, no commission arises.
Adjustments and clawback
Commission may be reversed, in whole or in part, where:
- The underlying payment is refunded, reversed or charged back.
- The property cancels within [clawback period] of activation.
- The sale was procured through misrepresentation or conduct prohibited by the Sales Partner Agreement.
- A billing error inflated the amount on which commission was calculated.
A reversal is first set off against commission otherwise payable to you; any remaining balance is recoverable as a debt.
Payout schedule and threshold
- Payout frequency: [monthly / quarterly], for commission that became payable in the preceding period.
- Cut-off: commission confirmed on or before [cut-off date] is included in that period's payout.
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹[threshold]. Balances below the threshold carry forward.
- Payment method: bank transfer to the verified account held in your name.
KYC, invoicing and tax
No payout is released until KYC verification is complete, as set out in the KYC and Data Protection notice, and the bank account is verified in your own name.
- Tax deducted at source is withheld at the rate prescribed by law, and a certificate is issued.
- If you are GST registered, raise a tax invoice for commission; GST is handled in accordance with applicable law.
- You are responsible for your own tax filings. We do not provide tax advice.
Statements and disputes
A statement of commission earned, adjusted and paid is made available each payout period. Raise any discrepancy within [dispute window] of the statement date, with supporting detail, to [legal@yourdomain.com]. Statements not disputed within that period are treated as accepted.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy on reasonable prior notice. A revision applies to sales registered after it takes effect; commission already earned is not affected.
